Applecroft Catering

Since 2016 I have been trying to redefine what catered food can be. The ingredients should be the finest available, sourced as locally as possible. The food should be prepared fresh from the farm right in front of the guests over wood fires. Each dish should tell a story and the staff should be there to speak to the guests about where the food come from and why it’s important. Foraging and fermentation are key elements to everything we serve as we fell these bring us closer to the land around us so we can work together to make sustainable meals.

2024 will be our first year of service here on the farm. We are so excited to cook here because we can make increasingly more elaborate meals for our guests. To really connect people with the land through our food.
